Filter the menu items by groups #
Groups is one category of attributes you can use to filter your menu-items by. The recommended and general use is to use these groups as dietary groups, but if you need it to filter in any other way, you can configure it freely in the settings.
Groups pretty much work the same as tags, they only have a different function in the menu itself.
Let’s take a look to the input screen.
Adding menu groups #
As you see the screen is pretty much the same as the ‘tags’ screen, with one major difference, there is also a ‘parent’ group. This can be used to set a certain hierarchy in attributes, like for example ‘Vegan’ being a ‘specific kind of vegetarian’. Setting color and icon works exactly the same as for tags.
