A space builds on the tables of WXP Restaurant Reservations. A hire holds the space for the whole of each day.
Spaces that stay private
Mark a zone as a separate space. It is never offered to ordinary guests: not in the automatic table assignment, the booking form or the staff list.
Staff in control
Requests to answer, confirmed hires and ended ones, plus a month calendar. Book a hire directly or reserve it, also for a phone call without an e-mail address.
Mails that follow the hire
The visitor gets a mail when you confirm or decline, when a hire is cancelled and when a request expires, in the language the visitor used.
Privacy built in
Hires are part of the WordPress export and erase tools, and are made anonymous after the retention period you set for the reservations.

Do I need WXP Restaurant Reservations?
Yes. Rooms is an add-on of WXP Restaurant Reservations. It must be installed, active and set up with your tables, because a space is a zone with tables.
What happens to a request nobody answers?
A request holds the space for the number of days you set. When nobody answers in that time, the space is let go of and the visitor is told.
Can a space be booked twice?
No. A hire holds the space for the whole of each day, and a space builds on the tables of WXP Restaurant Reservations, which never double-books a table.
